Basic Coastal Cruising
This is a 4 day certified live aboard course.
Pre-requisites: Basic Keelboat
This class opens up a new sailing opportunity. Able to cruise safely in local and regional waters as both skipper and crew on an auxiliary sailboat in moderate winds and sea conditions. Areas of instruction include rules of the road, weather, seamanship, gear and equipment and the duties of skipper and crew. Certification at this level will allow you to sail an auxilary powered sailboat and take friends or family day sailing.

Bareboat Chartering
This is a 4 day certified live aboard course.
Pre-requisites: Basic Keelboat (101) and Basic Coastal Cruising (103)
This is the major goal of many sailors to be able to bareboat charter or cruise with confidence, an advanced cruising standard for individuals with cruising experience. Areas covered include Cruise Planning, navigation and boat systems, maintenance procedures, electrical systems, engine and marine head, tide tables, weather, sail trim in all weather conditions and the ability to pilot the boat into an unfamiliar harbor.

This is a 2 day shore based course.
